Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using EINFile.org ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

EINFile.org provides EIN (Employer Identification Number) application filing services. We act as a Third Party Designee authorized to prepare and submit IRS Form SS-4 on your behalf.

Important: The IRS provides EINs at no cost. Our fee is for the convenience of having us handle the application process, review your information for accuracy, and provide support.

2. Not Legal or Tax Advice

We are not attorneys, CPAs, or tax advisors. Our services are limited to preparing and filing EIN applications. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. For such advice, please consult a qualified professional.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Authorize us to act as your Third Party Designee
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not misrepresent your identity or business information

4. Third Party Designee Authorization

By using our services, you authorize EINFile.org to act as your Third Party Designee for the limited purpose of obtaining an EIN from the IRS. This authorization allows us to prepare Form SS-4, submit it to the IRS, and receive your EIN on your behalf.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in US dollars
  • Payment is required before we begin processing your application
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • If we are unable to obtain your EIN for any reason, you will receive a full refund
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds are not available after your EIN has been successfully issued
  • If your application is rejected due to false information you provided, refunds are at our discretion

7. Processing Times

Estimated processing times are:

  • Standard: 24-48 hours (US applicants with SSN/ITIN)
  • Rush: Same business day (orders before 10pm EST)
  • Foreign: 4-7 business days (applicants without SSN)

These are estimates only. Actual processing times depend on IRS response times and are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EINFile.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the IRS will approve your EIN application, although we will work to correct any issues and resubmit at no additional cost.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on EINFile.org, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EINFile.org or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
